Her work integrates strategic partnerships, youth empowerment, sustainability planning and health systems strengthening. She is committed to bridging research, policy, and community practice to drive equitable and lasting change.

Operations & M&E Lead

Daniel is a qualified Systems Developer and Health Promotion Officer with over five years' experience in youth development and community health. With a background in Information Technology and Computer Sciences, he brings a unique blend of health expertise and tech-driven innovation, using data, evidence, and digital solutions to measure impact and drive sustainable health outcomes.

Sr. Keletso Mmoledi

Sr. Keletso Mmoledi

Clinical Lead

Sr. Keletso is an experienced nurse and public health specialist with over 25 years in clinical, community, and public health practice. She holds postgraduate qualifications in palliative care, public health, and community health, and has published widely on health systems, patient engagement, and reproductive health.

Zoe has a background in Health Promotion and oversees HR processes and training coordination at LLWN. She supports the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of Community Wellness Workers, ensuring the team is well-equipped to deliver quality community health services

PSO — M&E

Kwanele has a background in Health Promotion and supports LLWN’s monitoring and evaluation processes. She contributes to data collection, reporting, and programme tracking, helping ensure interventions are evidence-informed and that progress toward health outcomes is accurately measured.

PSO — Operations

Comfort has a background in Health Promotion and supports the day-to-day operations of LLWN. From coordinating logistics to providing administrative support, she helps keep programmes running smoothly and ensures the team is equipped to deliver effective community-based health services.
